This peanut butter is out of control. In a – I will never buy Peanut Butter and Co. Cinnamon Raisin Swirl or anything similar ever ever again – out of control. My boyfriend isn’t even a pb spoon licker by nature, and he was following me into the kitchen with a spoon ready for thirds. It’s that good. Whenever I make this stuff, there are three times as many spoons hanging around different areas of the apartment. I don’t even want to waste your time talking about anything else. You need to make this peanut butter as soon as possible. Just…just go.

Recipe type: Nut Butter

- ½ tsp salt
- 1 Tbs sugar
- 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ Tbs. good quality maple syrup
- ⅔ cups raisins
Instructions
- In the bowl of a food processor, grind the peanuts on high for several minutes. The consistency should be past that of normal peanut butter. (When you dip a spoon or spatula into the peanut butter, it should drip off and form a ribbon that disappears quickly)

- Add the maple syrup and process briefly; just long enough for the consistency to change and the nut butter to thicken.
- Remove the blade attachment and stir in the raisins.
