Maple Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Peanut Butter
Cook time
Total time
Recipe type: Nut Butter
  • 1 lb unsalted peanuts
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 Tbs sugar
  • 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ Tbs. good quality maple syrup
  • ⅔ cups raisins
  1. In the bowl of a food processor, grind the peanuts on high for several minutes. The consistency should be past that of normal peanut butter. (When you dip a spoon or spatula into the peanut butter, it should drip off and form a ribbon that disappears quickly)
  2. Add the salt, cinnamon, and sugar and grind for several seconds more.
  3. Add the maple syrup and process briefly; just long enough for the consistency to change and the nut butter to thicken.
  4. Remove the blade attachment and stir in the raisins.
