This delicious seasonal smoothie is low in fat and high in fiber, protein, and Vitamin A, leading to a happy tummy and a healthy digestive system.

  • ⅓ cup pumpkin puree
  • half of a banana, frozen
  • 2 T plain nonfat greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon rolled or quick oats
  • scant half scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 5 large cubes of ice
  • ⅔ cup of 30 cal. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 packets of stevia
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • pinch of ground cloves
  1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
