Ingredients
⅓ cup pumpkin puree
half of a banana, frozen
2 T plain nonfat greek yogurt
1 tablespoon rolled or quick oats
scant half scoop of vanilla protein powder
5 large cubes of ice
⅔ cup of 30 cal. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 packets of stevia
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of ground cloves
Instructions
In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
